Generator Screens
Each generator has a separate screen, and there may be as many as four generator screens – depending on the installed options. There are six custom gauges in addition to coolant temperature, oil pressure, exhaust temperature, voltage, kilowatt output, and frequency. These gauges show the status of any items you choose to monitor.
SiMON monitors, reports, and issues alarms on power outputs so that maximum generator engine efficiency can be achieved. SiMON also monitors the generator output critical to safe and efficient operation of electrical motors and other equipment aboard the vessel.
